Alot of people of people in australia are being controled and manipulated and are being damaged and controled.Experiment was walked around watching how manipualtion and propaganda through electronics as people are control by each other.The navy in america where controled and the people in the boat where able to drive a boat full expolsives into the ship with them not knowing.Mapulation onshore is able to manipulated what happens in a war type situation in other countrys even through the lounge room tv and radio other countrys can control.Army ,navy and airforce are easly manipulated to be controled through out side forces .My idea of a central computer system that runs a series of satellite dish into one main frame then despersed into the community with a super computer as other country communication have run through one central data base to keep security and the communtiy safe.
They are able to use even animals to gain intelligence .So all personell in army navy and airforce must not own any animals .Filming of even ships and bases should not happen as the media puts a country at risk through filming .Soldiers in combat must wear a lead type base helmet to stop satellite machine inference from star war commucations as helicopters are able to be brought down .

Another run with a close up of the boat in the beginning.
Moved the battery to the front for more prop lift to not kill the engine 
Not a to long run, because it was getting darker and 30seconds later it was raining
Batteries are getting old and bit worser (bout 5years old now and use frequently in my RC car).
Haven’t had time due to exams to put the electronic parts in a safe place, but waiting for another boat to arrive later.
